So now that both Xbox One and PS4 systems have been released.

Which one are you going to get?

I already saw the horror stories on the PS4, where many people did not have their fans turn on... basically overheated the PS4 and killed it.

Don't know if it was a firmware bug or what... but it seems that the PS4 puts up MORE heat than the PS3.

And that worries me a lot...

I know my xbox 360 slim got pretty damn hot. I can't imagine how hot the xbox one must get :2guns:

I personally just have a gaming computer. As much as I'd like to get an Xbox one, I'm still salty about the stunt microsoft pulled when the xbox one was released. Their whole "We're gonna make you pay for everything twice" came off with a sort of "These kids will buy anything, so let's milk them for as much money as we can" attitude.
And who could forget the statement "Fortunately we already have an xbox for those who don't have internet, it's called an xbox 360." Sorry armed forces.

Even though they changed all of that, I'm still insulted by the idea that they ever thought it would be okay, and for reason that I'll be buying a PS4.
I haven't heard much on the horror stories, but from what I understand, the ps4 has the capability to run higher resolution games (although there are frame rate drops sometimes). I honestly feel like frame drops are to be expected anyway, seeing as consoles generally only run 30fps anyway.

Well I saw some PS4's smoke out and I saw a few xbox ones that had disc drives that stopped working.

One reason why I don't buy release day products.

I'll probably look into the next gen when the 2nd gen of the ps4 and xbox one are out. I'm sure they will make them even slimmer and better.

Being a Playstation fan, there's no way I'm leaving it for Xbox One. I have been playing on Playstation consoles all my life and I don't think I'm planning to switch sides soon.
