(Though this is an original RP, it originally had no affiliation with Jing's request, though I will allow it to be part of the challenge.)
Since the dawn of time, there has been a constant struggle. The forces of Heaven and Hell are constantly at war. The fight for souls has always been the issue between these two factions. Each one bringing about its strongest warriros to fight and each one suffering great losses. For too long the battles have been held in the clouds, appearing only as violent thunder storms to mortals. For too long, mortals have sat by and done nothing, completely ignorant of the struggle. It was only a matter of time before judgement day came.
In a terrible clash, three demons were thrown from the sky, falling into a populated city of humans. The result was catastrophic. Quickly persued by five angelic creatures with great talons and bulging eyes, the demons charged through the city, destroying all in their wake and gaining souls for Hell. The battle between these two forces ravaged the city in less than an hour. With a final flash, the three demons fell dead along with two of the taloned creatures. Desturbed beyond belief, the humans crawled out, unsure of what had just happened. Looking upon the large creatures of Heaven, the humans had no idea that a more devious mind had something in store for them.
The cover of the skies was broken. Hiding was no longer needed and the treaty that held in the most powerful abilities of both sides was broken. No longer were the creatures restricted to mere flashes of energy. They could now release their full power above the horrified primapes below them. It wasn't till a week later, though, that battlefield would move to the area between Heaven and Hell. This is where the story starts off. On the new battlefield known as Earth.
Rules:
1. No godmodding nor powerplaying
2. Do not bring God nor Satan into the RP. Angels and demons were just examples to give you an idea of what they appeared as. You may use angels and demons, just do not bring God nor Satan into this. I don't want any debates on beliefs breaking out in this thread.
3. Keep the romance and language in the RP at the PG-13 level. If you must cuss, at least censor it.
4. Rules are subject to change. Keep checking back every now and then so you don't get in trouble, ok? I'll give you a warning if it's your first time and I will expect you to change you post.
5. Stay active, be literate and enjoy the RP!
