Blizzard has officially announced that they will be giving away "a beta key for an upcoming Blizzard game" at the BlizzCon event, in August. We are pretty sure that means that if you intend to attend the BlizzCon event, you will be one of the first to receive access to the Starcraft 2 beta release!
