i think theyre ok, but they lack any kind of flow, and none of the text blends well.

Thats my favourite one as well....it looks really nice It would be better if it was proper banner size though.

Proper banner size is considered 500 x 150. Which is what mine is at right now. You can basically have it what you would like but its easier for dial-up users to handle at that size and looks good
