Possible Video Driver/Card Problem?

Yeah, if it's a problem a lot of people had the company itself most likely released an updated driver that fixes the error o_o but if it's something local and exclusive to your system, I would suggest reinstalling your current drivers or just updating.

Then again I'm no expert.

I agree with Ray and Chris, try and see if there is an updated driver or card from 3DFx or now Nvidia. Also Chris's second solution is great, just see if its your drive and reboot it or reinstall, you might have too much on that drive and you might want to reformat.
