Rules:
1. Don't be disruptive.
- This includes huge signatures. Someone will let you know if it's too big and help you out. Your signature must not stretch the page.
- Don't double post too much! It's okay sometimes, but it can be very annoying in the wrong situations.
- Do not stretch the page!
- Try to put more than three words in your post!
- Do not revive extremely old topics! If the topic you want to post in is too old, then make a new one. If it's a small board with a few topics, then it's okay to post in the old topic. Use common sense to figure out what to do.
- If there is already a topic about something, then don't make another one unless the topic is old and inactive.
2. Don't troll or flame!
3. Swearing is allowed, as long as it's not excessive. Just remember... no flames!
4. Spoilers without warning are BAD! Use the spoiler tags!
5. No advertising. though there will be exceptions... like if you want to post a link to a cool game or something. Sometimes advertising will be deleted, sometimes not. It depends on the situation.
6. Don't post anything offensive. No racism or porn.
7. Don't post anything unreasonable. If you can't figure it out yourself, ask a mod if it's ok to post it.
8. If something offends you, tell a mod via private message or the support board, so we can try to take care of it.
9. Keep topics on the correct board! There are times when a topic would fit into multiple boards. If you have a link about something related to gaming, that link would be fine on either the gaming board or the links board. If we think it belongs somewhere else, it will be moved without any consequence to you (unless you make 1933940 video game topics on the Art & Graphics board just to be annoying)
10. Don't be afraid to post! If you have something worthwhile to say, then say it!
11. Do not take advantage of leniency! If you do, then the next time the moderation may be more harsh. Don't use leniency as an excuse to break the rules again!
If you break rules, will you lose reputation.
12. Do not upload ROMs or MP3s as attachments in your posts.
13. You must give a reason for adding to someone's rep if the post does not make the reason obvious. For taking rep away, you MUST provide a reason no matter what.
Giving a reason is always recommended.
