Its for the nominations. Once someone gets enough votes in nominations they recieve those awards I would guess.

nope Nominations are for nominating someone..... we still will have to vote after. Nominations is only to tell us who we are going to vote for. So if someone's name is annouced, they will be put in the voting poll afterwards.
