I decided to try it, and it completely simplified my work. Unlike scanning and emailing, virtual fax keeps a verified log of sent and received files, which is crucial for business records. I can send directly from my computer, and clients get the documents in the format they expect. It feels more professional, and at the same time, it’s easier and faster than scanning every page.
