I'm sure that everyone knows that in every sport there are certain teams who are just overloaded with cash and tend to bring in the big-name players to try to win a championship.
Like, in baseball it would be teams like the New York Mets, New York Yankees, Baltimore Orioles.
In hockey it would be teams like the Toronto Maple Leafs, New York Islanders, New York Rangers.
In football it would be teams like the Dallas Cowboys, New York Jets, New York Giants.
In basketball it would be teams like the New York Knicks, Los Angeles Lakers, Los Angeles Clippers.
What tears me up, is not one of those teams I've listed, in any sport has won a championship now in 4-5 plus years. And I think it's not only killing the sport, but killing the good names of these players careers they're destroying by giving these rediculous contracts too.
Anyone agree here? Or am I just speaking through my teeth?
