hey splatt does this mean i can like not go over 50000 for like per say the health over 50000???

It means you have only 50000 points total to use. So, if you set it up like this:

HP:1
MP:1
STR:1
DEF:1
EVA:0
VIT:0

Then you still have 49996 to distribute.
