I've worked with Photoshop 7 & Elements 2, Macromedia Flash 6. If it's other things you want designed, I've got 4 years of programming under belt, including 3 computer games. (Very hard. Well, not altogether hard, but very long. Yeah, that's more descriptive of the process: Long.) I've also created 12 different RPG Infernos. 8 Have been the system you use here, 4 have been an HTML based system. (You actually have to edit the code in order to use it. Takes a horribly long time for any updates.)
