How much water do you drink everyday? When it comes to the amount of water I drink daily, it's at least 5 gallons.

I drink around 4 litres of water daily. The goal is simply to ensure that my body system is working the way that I expect and not to have any problems in the future arising from my body system not working the way that I desire.
