Putting my specific opinions of this women aside, I still think this is ridiculous. If a non-famous person's Yahoo e-mail were hacked, then no one would care. I don't think she deserves special treatment just because she's running for VP. IF this kid gets in trouble, then it should be as a precedent... not just special treatment for a special person.

It's funny that the hacker gets in trouble when what she was doing is breaking the law just as much as that guy. You aren't supposed to conduct business concerning your campaign via private email services like Y!/Gmail/MSN, you're supposed to use your official .gov addy. Palin was doing plenty of business on the Y! account, I've seen the screenshots. >_>

Plus the guy wasn't even a hacker, lol, he guessed the answer for the password recovery question because Palin made it incredibly simple. It's hilarious the FBI takes it that far when it's obvious that almost ANYONE could've figured it out, had they tried. It's all for the press, though, bullshit witchhunt to victimize Palin a bit and help her campaign. Hopefully it backfires and people really sit back and look at the gravity of the situation where our potential VP is conducting official government business on a nonencrypted private email service. Ignorance of current technology on the same level as a childs?

ANOTHER NAIL IN THE GOP COFFIN.
