It's kinda like how in some cases, people who smoke marijuana end up with longer sentences than some people convicted of manslaughter. F8cked up world we live in :/

Thats a law here in t.o! I know a guy at the ebstore who sold it to a younger kid and then he was fired a week later when they found out!

I guess they are doing it to scare people. If they make an example of some people, then everyone will be shit scared to even try.



I'm not saying it's right to do, but it WILL work.



The biggest problem though would be Fake ID's. What if someone made a really good fake ID and was able to trick the cashier? Then what? the Cashier will still go to jail?
