How often do you wash the curtains?

A lot of us have curtains at our homes. When it comes to washing them, how much time do you dedicate to washing those curtains? Is it done twice a month or when?

Do people still make use of curtains? I haven't seen that in years. I have already removed mine and replaced everything with blinds.
