If a doctor came up to me and said 'I'm taking away one of your senses, choose or i'll eat you' I would think he was weird, but then i'd say hearing. Or mabey taste, cause if I don't have taste then I'll eat my vegtables. :p

I would say smell..
just because i would still like to see..
I still want to be able to taste... it would be weird taking a bite of something and not tasting it..
I still want to hear, because I love music..
and feel...because you need to feel if you have something poking or burning...ect.. that and feelings really important..
to me.. smell is probably the less used sense.. to me anyways.

I would go without taste - due to the fact i wouldnt eat some much tasty stuff no more and more healthy, as well as there is no way that i would give up hearng as in my opinion music is life

Smell is 10,000 times more powerful than taste. Taste is 75 % smell. Why sacrifice all of smell (strongest sense tied to memory) for 25% of taste (receptors obtain only salt, sweet, bitter, sour, umami; not to confuse with flavor)? Usually, the sensation of taste is overwhelmed by smell so much that it's rendered impalpable.

Taste for me - it eases the naughty things!
