I know, that's amazing. But couldn't he have done it against a different team? lol

Its was really good for him and I respect him for scoring the second most in history but he has to remember that he has a team as well. Staying oj the safe side I am a Laker Fan. lol

If you understand basketball...if you are that good and your other teamates are cold and not hitting shots if you want to win you have to do it yourself...if he had not done that they would lose...thats what great players do.

Like look at LeBron, he scored 56 and 58 before and his team lost both of those games. AI too in Philly, he scores 45-50 and his team still loses too a lot.

Point it: Basketball is a team game, you need all 12 guys playing to win on a consistent basis, not 1 great player.

If that made any sense lol.

It's amazing because it's kinda harder for players to score points in the game since Wilt Chamberlain's record. Because now, coaches don't really keep a player in just for the purpose of acheiving a record. But if the other players aren't coming through, then someone has to do something about the score. And that's what Kobe did.

I still to this day doubt that Wilt's record will ever be broken. At least not in this day and age in basketball.

Yeah but now that the news has spread around Kobe is going to be coverd like a peanut butter and jelly sanwhich so now he is going to get worked the next games and he is going to have to start passing and working with the team.
