Well, thanks to Jack "Asshole" Thompson, if you sell a violent game to a minor in Louisana you can go to jail for a year and face a fine from $100 to $2,000.
Fortunately, there's something interesting hidden in the bill....

What game doesn't have a story anymore? If anyone is accused of selling a videogame to a minor, he can use the defense that the game has a reasonably developed story. That would hopefully let the person get away with it. Still, I hope this law is challenged and defeated.
