well it seems like something in between a science vessel and an scv. Its a support unit more than anything else.

its drop down gun turret ,

it drops gun turrets that are reportedly not permanent. not much else is known it seems. personally i think it would be great if they gave it irradiate and maybe field cloaking like the arbiter back in sc1
