Question about possibly corrupt rar downloads

I downloaded a game split into 3 rar files. I was able to install everything successfully, but when I went to update the game, I got a message that one of the game files could possibly be corrupt. It gave me the option to ignore it, so that's what I did.
The program & update installed correctly and the game seems to work. Does this mean I really don't have anything to worry about...
...or will I have to download the game all over again?

Its ok...The harddrive space might have been too low when you tryed to upgrade the game...

But for secruity Do a secruty check..and use Ad-aware or Zone systems...

Yeah... my main drive only has 688MB at the moment!

No wonder..The Game must have had trouble dowloading...You should upgrade...Thats the main problem!

I had plenty of space before I started downloading it. Plus I have an external HD with about 30 GB of free space.
Maybe I should uninstall Morrowind, since I haven't been playing it much. I can always free up space when I want to play it again.
