rich/poor/average

what do you think about rich and poor people? I'm bringing up this subject because I was in a chat with others and some RICH cali chic, who seemed to be obsessed with Louie Vuttion bags and stuff... saying how her dad owns some oil places.

This just makes me wonder.. what do you think of some rich people? I've seen some, who make TONS and yet they NEVER give back to the community. I mean they could be making millions, yet.. they don't even donate a penny.. their kids are raised with a nice life with a brand new ferarri and unlimited mins cell phone etc... :sleep

I guess that's the reazon why they are so rich... selfishness. It's easier to see a poor person sharing a piece of bread then to see some rich people donating.

I believe... or rather believe that not all of them are selfish but most of them only care about themsleves and their oh so called perfect lives. I'm not rich, nor poor. I live a confortable life and I never deny help to someone in need. But maybe that's why I'd never be rich, lol. Nor do I want to, I like my life the way it is, helping others whenever I can.

there's not law saying if you rich you have to donate, and it you donate your not goin to get anything in return so you better off keeping your OWN money, cause you earned it


i just ****in all these people who say celberities have to donate to charity just cause they have millions -_-, got people like that should just die -_-

anyone can be rich if they work hard enough to earn it.. and well said on fusions end! im not saying its bad to give to those in need, but most people out there are just jealous and want to have what others do. like fusion said celebs worked hard for their cash it wasnt give to them they earn it, if they feel like helping which most do then thats their choice. as for my self when i see someone who askes me for cash i give em what i got on me so they can go eat or w/e if i see that they need it. as for my parents they will pretty much tell em "your strong enough to get a job, get some work and earn money" thats my parents. anyways i think we all equal just some hard workers, and some slacker who wants everything to be given to them. yes im a rich kid and all but it wasnt given to me i earn it.

Also celebs, sports players etc.. are OVER PAID.. The make more then a president or prime minister makes.. which is BULL ****!!

BTW I wasn't entirly talking about rich people in terms of "them" working hard. It's their kids.. who don't do jack **** and get w.e they want. I personally don't care, unless they brag about it to someone or put a person down just because they don't have the same things they have... that doesn't give them a right to be pricks.

not sure you can buy alot of things, but people who have a ton of money buy expensive things and which means a morgage will be high, higher insurace, and just over all more payments on other things will be higher. so in the end the rich might just be getting by with there millions

true.. but what's the point? i mean it's like name brand crap.. doesn't or shouldn't make a "big" difference.. like a shirt... a shirt is a shirt.. but people pay more to have a stiched text on it.. and suddenly it's worth more.. oh wow!!! Dude the sports players make more then people, who actually MAKE a difference. They get paid more then say Bush.. or a lot of people running things for us.. like our electricity plants etc.. those guys help us get gas and electricity.. which actually HELPS us.. yet guys who play sports get so much.. or what? kicking a ball, smacking a puck? hitting a ball and running in a circle.. it makes no sense..
