Debate Snowing 08-09

Has anyone got any snow? I had tons last week and none of it has melted. Luckly the main streets have been clean, but all our blocks are still covered in snow.

I also hear it's going to be a white snowy xmas for all of Canada... which rarely happens at the same time around the same few days. :dead:

It snowed yesterday and it was horrible.I was on my way home from school when I noticed the snow on the ground.(Of course I fell.)Then once I got off of the train,the streets were fully covered in snow.It took me 2 hours to get home.

Well some places at least had school closed last week.

It sucks to have tons of snow during the break. You can't really go out and if you do.. chances are you have to take a bus or train and they're all packed....

Takes hours to get to a place, which would've taken you 20 mins at the most.

My first snow this year was in October, and its snowed aleast once a week since.

But i live in colorado so... xD

Yesh we had quite a lot of snow at the end of November.
Now its quite warm again though =/

well looks like in 10+ years.. it finally snowed so much.. that I might be snowed in for XMAS..

The last 2 days it's been snowing non stop. Must be well over 5 inches now. Luckly the main roads are a bit clear, but all the local blocks are covered in snow.

here in pittsburgh we had some weird weather. it will snow, lay about 2 inches, then the next day the weather wams up..
its flu weather!! i hate it.
i woudl liek to deal without the snow. i live on top of a big hill. and last year i went down it sideways.. so i would love to avoid that again.

We had some, but not enough to close the colege which i am happy about because i would have had to make the days up.

Well it's still snowing outside. It must be a good 7-8 inches now.

I shoveled away and about 2 hours later.. I can't even see the side walk I just shoveled....

Looks like tons of people here will have issues getting to work. I just hope the rain kicks in soon...

Weeee, snow. Sorry for my excitment but I like... never have snow and I wish I did. It would be awful to get to work though but still fun all the way. I get all the cold and no snow, how unfair is that?

i just kinda wish snow would come too..

Well.. were screwed again..

it stopped snowing for 2-3 days and it didn't melt or anything.

Now it started again and I hear it's going to snow through xmas day too....

I'm gonna make a small vid and take some pics.... gosh.. haven't had this much snow since I was little...

what's happening in the world!!!!

Oooo, sounds cool but dangerous. =O. Maybe I'm better off without snow.

And, sadly Ian, I hate cold very, very much. *cries*. But oh well, that's life, gottaa live with it.

Well.. Now it is snowing again.. it's so high, that you can't see the tires of cars and vans!

This is by far the worst snow storm we've had ever... I don't think it's snowed this much for 10+ years.

Usually it snows for 1-2 days, then rains and it all melts away within a week.... It's so bad out, I don't even see cars out on the main road...
