Ok, I want a good cleanish fight. Best Console FPS right now and after 2007 and Best PC/Mac/Linux/Commodore64/Toaster FPS right now and after 2007.

You can pick more than one if you feel like it, so to start it off..

I excluded Bioshock because I haven't picked it up yet, and because it really is a mix between something of a RPG/FPS and Point and Click adventure.

No comment on any kind of consoles. I only have PS2 so I really can't talk, though I've played both Gamecube and Xbox before, I won't say anything due to lack of next-gen. I'm gonna list some PC games. Half-Life series is fine in the single player aspect though I hate DM, Marathon I've never played, and Doom pretty much gets mention anywhere, it's a classic, so yeah.

Best PC FPS Currently:
1. Counter-Strike: Source(Multiplayer is unrivaled except by the original CS 1.6)

2. S.T.A.L.K.E.R.(Pretty good attempt at re-innovating the single player aspect of FPS games)

3. Quake 4(Single player is pretty much the standard badass FPS experience, multiplayer is trash unless you have mods)

Best PC FPS After 2007:
1. Enemy Territory: Quake Wars(hellllllls yeah)

2. Haze(yes, this is multi-console, but still, it gets this spot.)

3. Counter-Strike: Source(because this shit will never die. Sauce forever. >_>)
