there must be some law... I can't see kids being allowed to upload pics or video's without a parents consent. I mean look at movies... I remember I did a short film for class and I had kids from elementary schools and I had to legally get permission from their parents saying they kid was allowed to participate in the film event.

I assume it's the same online. I can't see anyone underage being allowed to post a video or picture without consent.

She put it up herself... she did a few others too. I think she's on a laptop and it isn't hard for a 8 yr old to upload a movie to youtube LOL... at least not these days....

Good point, nowadays more and more hardware items come with software thats implemented with a direct link to YouTube upload.
Phones here and there have a record option with direct upload on it. I believe some, if not most, webcams have that option on them aswell.

So true. I think when you buy new digi cams now. They will come with a script, which will also allow you to upload straight to youtube... all you gotta enter is your user/pass and WHAM.. video uploaded!

I won't defend her at all. She definitely knows exactly what she was singing and having it uploaded on YouTube too, that's predetermined. Kids nowadays are so damaged and have no regards at all. Woe to freedom of speech!
