I don't think many people have heard about this. The links are about a theory of an ancient Indian nuclear war. (The first one also talks about levitating stones of Shivapur)

Here's a preview of the first article:
<div class='quotetop'></div><div class='quotemain'>The archaeological expedition, which carried out excavations near the Indian settlement of Mohenjo-Daro in the beginning of the 1900s, uncovered the ruins of a big ancient town. The town belonged to one of the most developed civilizations in the world. The ancient civilization existed for two or three thousand years. However, scientists were a lot more interested in the death of the town, rather than in its prosperity.</div>

Here's a preview of the second article:
<div class='quotetop'></div><div class='quotemain'>Are the Indian remains of Mohenjo Daro and Harappa, their sudden abandonment and the apparent discovery of an ancient site with a layer of radioactive ash the best available evidence for the possibility that our ancient ancestors possessed a highly advanced technology – which might have included atomic warfare?</div>

(note: I haven't read the second article yet)

now thats interesting. how did ancient indians manage to make nuclear bombs? and if they didnt do it, who or what did?

heres my theory: maybe back when the blasts went off, the technology was as advanced or possibly more advanced as it is today. like they got further than we are now, and got wiped out in an ice age or something like that. then everything would start over.

its a stupid and really out-there idea, but anythings possible i guess.

I think maybe they had more technology than we do now, but only in certain categories. I think they were probably very far behind in other ways.

wait... let's hypothetically say they did make it to space.... maybe they destroyed Atlantis from orbit with some kind of nuclear torpedo? :eyepop:
