Hm, with school starting for many of us, the project will probably take a longer time than expected. Have you checked with S_V about the guy who could make us a skin?

Oh yeah, you're right. I completely forgot about the person who is supposed to lead the team. *smacks forehead* I'd do it myself, but I'm not very good at being a leader.

Besides, we do have a few people in mind, but we have to wait and see what else they can do before finalizing our decision. This probably won't happen for a long while, so please be patient.
Right now we don't NEED staff... atleast not forum staff at the moment. Mabye 1 mod at max. I can't say right now, but from our stats and activity.. we don't require anymore staff. The only staff we require is for the website project. As we get more active.. and need more staff/help, THEN we will look at our community here and select someone.

I think the others think we need more staff because of how we don't do too much. There is really nothing to moderate now, since we don't have tons of members. Once that happens, then we'll be choosing our new staff, most likely.

That is exactly the way I look at it. The forums dont have to many members, so it is easy to keep in control. Once we get more we will be needing more staff as well..but untill that time we can only get working on things little by little at a time.

Well, the RPG generally is a large attraction. The problem we're faced with though if finding members that want to be active in the RPG and the forums. Some people only come for one or the other and right now the RPG isn't going to attract very many people. It has become stale and boring. I've been trying to add new things to maybe spruce it up, but it won't work without a good flow of new members. Now, I can't whine about advertising to get new members because I haven't exactly been doing that myself. Still, I'm going to try harder to remedy this.
well.. the staff talked about a rebuild.. and jing and I introduced a NEW system that will be starting VERY soon...

I believe the new RPG system is what Don's talking about. It's just that they need to get the bugs and glitches out before they can actually get it installed.
