I do not have the new Xbox myself but I do hope to upgrade to it as soon as I am able to.

Many people I know have been able to and they have been really happy with the Series X and S as well and have not had any issues with it.

Are you still having this issue? It could be an issue with the Xbox itself, I would contact Microsoft if you are still having this issue and let them know as they will be able to advise you.
