For people like me with a short attention span and ADHD and bipolar types 1 and 2, gaming is a Godsend because it's letting me multi-task better and for me, it's making me do something that I enjoy and forget about the suffering in my life. What about you? Do you think gaming could help you multi-task better personally according to you?

If I am gaming I find it difficult to focus on something else as well. My mind has to be focused on one thing only otherwise I end up very confused and all over the place and that leads to stress. If I am gaming then that is what I focus on, if I am working or posting on forums or doing something else that is what I focus on.

Whenever I want to play video games, I will always drop every other thing that I need to do and focus completely on playing the game until I am done. In most cases, I usually play video games for about two hours before I am done for the day and then I will go over to another thing.

It is very difficult for me to multitask whenever I am playing video game because I always put my 100% attention and focus on any video game that I am playing.

This is so me. I can't be playing games and doing another thing. It can be a form of distraction that I wouldn't want to have. So, I focus fully on playing games and that is all.

No, I don't playing video games while trying to multitask. It will never be possible because it's either I focus more and better on the gaming and fail at what I'm multitasking or vice versa.
