That is exactly the opposite of what I'm saying. Sleep is a time of regeneration, kind of. Our cells do their job better while we sleep. If you slept for 10 hours a night, you'd feel awesome every morning. That's three hours more than you need, and your body is restored a tad.
You need at least 3 hours to sleep to function properly, because the first two cycles of sleep, which take aprox. 70 minutes, are the most important. You wont be at 100%, but you'll survive.
