The only thing that I have purchased that made the cashier give me such a weird look was a sex toy. My partner need clit sucker and I got that for her but it was shocking to the lady cashier I picked that out to buy.

I would say the weird things you could buy at a grocery store that would get you weird looks by the cashier would be cucumber, lotion, and condoms. All those three bought together by anyone would get weird looks from anyone LOL

Why would they look at someone silly when they have those in stock for sale? Does it mean they don't want someone coming to buy what they are selling?

I have not had this experience, but it will surely be weird to experience this kind of situation, I am not going to lie to you. The cashier will be having a lot on her mind already.
