MOTM Contest

Well with July starting out, the staff here have decided to start a MOTM (Member Of The Month) Contest.

The contest will be judged by the staff at the end of EACH month. So we will be having a MOTM each month. The winner will get posted in the GP Awards Hall and be given special perks, which we won't mention It will be unique perks everymonth for the winner.

How will we be rating users? Well mostly on activity, contributions and leadership.

Starting today we will be evaluating users and adding on to our MOTM July list. So get active and good luck to everyone

who would rate the SOTM then? members? It's kinda tough.. becuase how do members know what which staff member did... if you know what I mean. It's tough to know, which staff member did what and when and even where!

That's easy with me, what I did - I made 75% of the RPG! And you're the active admin, so it'd be just you and me in contention for the award :d

naww a lot of the mods do a lot too, and that's what I mean.. no one can really tell when a mod moved or deleted/edited etc.. any thread.. or spam.. Technically only admins can see that

hmmmm voting on staff members doesn't have to be on what they've done but how they're doing like how active the staff is and how they treat the members or something.. i dunno... for a min. i had an idea but i lost it, heh... but yeah that's just one way to determine how the staff would win STOM

Each staff has something their looking at from members.. so depending on that contribution etc.. they winner will be selected..

if you want a hint.. then I'll say look around the forum and do something unique or something that hasn't been done too much altely.. it might put you in favour with the staff for voting day
