the member of the month should be announced exactly at the end of the month not halfway tru the next month.... doesnt really feel like member of the month the way ure working it, just like garaa said. glad to hear we got a winner now to wait on winner again? lol

the reason why it wasn't annouced earlier was #1 it seems like "suddenly" all staff had network or electric problems and couldn't get one for 1-2 weeks.. which left me myself to ONLY vote.. and I don't know if members would want that? I've been waiting for the staff to get on.. go through the thread and forum and either vote the same person.. or give their insight on their chosen member... and right now.. I only got 50% of the staff voting.... a few haven't been on...
Besides this was the first month we did it so...expect it to run more smoothly once the august is finished.
Well then maybe its time to not replace the staff, but add more? There are many people who are on frequently...
like tls said things will get smoother later as we go, i just love giving u guys a hard time and u know it lol
we don't need more staff.. if we do, we need LESS staff.. the mods and smods and admins don't have much to do at the moment it seems.. so why add more?
