Tokyo was destroyed in the earthquake of 2020. It was rebuilt and rededicated, called, Neo Tokyo. But now...2074 Crime is at its all time high. Drugs, Prostitution, Gambling and Murder on the rise. Though the Metropolitan Police dept try to keep things together they can't hold there own against Gangs and the underworld.

Tokyo Study And Research Installation or TSARI is the android manufacturer. In the android sector things has been very strange. They seem to be malfunctioning to the point of violence. Who tampered with their equipment? Things has gotten so bad that the World Headquarters of Crime Provention put together a group of elite men and women to go undercover to find out what is going on.

Taeko got the email she was waiting for. She heard the annoying message:"You've got mail." She clicked the email and it read:

Good morning Miss Majima. We hope your well today. Your assignment in Malaysia was impressive. Your new assignment is to infiltrate the Reikuko Gensei Organization. With your skills it should be no problem. While you're there you will find out if they have to do with the Androids and Robots malfunctioning.You will find a man named Marcus.....or we should say...he will find you. When and if you find anything email us at: bananna_n_pajamas@crazyfeet.org. Marcus will update you when you get to Tokyo. We have emailed you your ticket and you are to leave immediately.

Taeko printed out the ticket. While it was printing she quickly packed her clothes. Taeko got the ticket, said goodbye to Pookie and was out the door. She would call Tyleya her friend to feed Pookie. She got in her Saleen S7 Twin Turbo and headed for the airport.

Irene's plane landed in the Tokyo airport. 13 Hours earlier she had gotten an email telling her to back her bags and catch the nearest flight. The e-mail told her to use her perceptive skills to find two other undercover policemen. It did not specify Male or female. The stewardess of the plane came and was having them all leave in an orderly fasion. As Irene's boss didn't want to give Irene any attention, he set her in coach instead of first class. "Hey what can you expect when you are undercover?" she thought to herself as she stepped off of the plane.

Irene walked casually over to the luggage mobile. She watched it spin a few times, then, grabbed her suitcase. She,of course, had a carry on bag that had her eccentials incase her suitcase didn't show up. She figured she would wait here because this is where all flights into Tokyo disperse.

Irene paced around for a little while getting anxious, then, she went over to a coffee shop a few meters away. She entered and ordered herself a Decaf Mocha laté with just a little bit of foam. She payed the teller and sat down keeping an eye on the unboarding areas. Carefully she decided who she shouldn't approach, occasionally taking a sip of her drink.

Marcus folded his arms as he waited impatiently in front of the gate. The sun ewas bright as it shine through the huge windows of the ariport revealing the true beauty of Japan as a warm welcome to it's newcommers. It gave of a gentle atmosphere, however Marcus didn't feel gentle at the monent. He felt very uneasy about his new partner.

He clinched his arm tight as he waited. "Easy there, don't want you to hurt yourself." A woman's voice said from beside him as she smile. Marcus loosen his grip a bit. "Sorry Ma'am, it's just that I hate-" "Waiting?" She interupted. "I know. But you're young you'll learn patience." She said with a strong sence of elegance.

Major Miyamoto Azumi; Tokyo CI Section Commander of the WHCP. A Black/Japanese woman in her early 30's even though she didn't look it. Athetic body type with long black hair with strange yet beautiful green eyes. Marcus sighed heavely "What's her name again?" Azumi answered his question quickly as if she was expecting him to ask. "Taeko Majima, Age 24. She's a Reikuko Gensei Member comming from Malaysia, looks like she's pretty good...Judging from her records." She said flipping through her files. "...maybe even better than you." She teased. Marcus just cut his eyes at her. " I'm only joking, Allen. Don't be so serious all the time, you'll grow old faster than way." She said poking him.

Just then the Announcements started.


Flight 1274 from Malaysia has just landed is docking at Gate 17.

"Theres our girl, c'mon." she said with a smile.

 

[Cruentus]

Finally finishing her drink she looked out at the gates, hearing the anouncement that the new flight into Tokyo is arriving. Slowly she got up flattening her skirt as she walked out of the little coffee shop. She paced around the gate waiting for the new people to arrive. Surely one of the people on this flight will be one of the people I am looking for. she thought to herself. Getting impatient waiting for people to arrive she leaned on a wall playing with her thumbs. Suddenly she looked up and saw a man looking as impatient or even more impatient then she was. Also she saw a woman that looked very important. She seemed promising also. Could these people be the two she is looking for. Then suddenly she remembered the E-Mail. One of the people will be your age. The other one will be older. The man looked her age. She could tell the woman was older. She decided they were the people she need. Slowly she started walking toward them.

She moved back not wanting to approach them from the front. She walked back by the luggage rack. She noticed people from the plane starting to come into the lobby. Not wanting to lose the people she was watching, she hastened her feet. She came up behind them and stayed silent at first. Then she spoke. "Hello Ma'am." She looked at the woman then turned to the man. "Sir. I was wondering if you were a part of the police force working on uncovering something about the androids in Neo Tokyo." She stepped infront of them and bowed slightly, waiting for their reply.

 

[Nyte]

Marcus looked confused at the girl bowing in front of them. For a moment Marcus had no clue what to do. "Major, is this the girl...?" Marcus asked. Azumi shook her head. " No..."
Marcus looked turned back to the girl. "I'm sorry you must have us confuse with someone els-"Azumi interupted again. " She's you other partner." Marcus looked at Major Miyamoto for a second. "...what?" She is your....other partner!" She repeats with a smile on her face. "Wait, I don't get it..." Marcus replied. "Allow me to explain," Miyamoto said clearing her throat.

"Of course you know about the strange activity going on with every Android in the city. The police department has requested additional assistance with the inverstigation since there number are thin and with the crime rate so high, the police force have found themselves overworked. With is where we come in; the Tokyo Police Department has requaest that the WHCP handle the Android investigation. However though we have the authority to to use any method to insure the this case is closed ASAP. We're still operatiing inthe jurisdiction of the TPD. Therefore, we must be observed by one of their own during this process."

"So in other words, she's babysitting us?" Marcus asked.

"Not quite" Miyamoto answered.

"You see the Reikuko Gensai are the notorious gang organization that run the streets of Tokyo. So surely if anything is going down they're the ones behind it. Since the Reikuko Gensei are so powerful there no doubt that they have a few crooked cops in the force. Which is another reason we've been put on the case. But While I was told that we would be joined by an TPD officer I didn't want it to be just anyone. I wanted the most reliable cop there was, someone who know ths city like no one else and can hold there own. Irene Maulus, your reputetion is outstanding compare to the rest. It's nice to finally meet you." Miyamoto smiled and returned the bow.

Marcus was upset about being kept in the dark about all of this.
"Our investigation hasn't even started yet and I'm already lost...."
He says looking gloomy.

Taeko drove to the airport. She drove to fast and got pulled over. "Shoot." The officer got out the car and gave her a ticket. Taeko rolled her eyes and drove on.

She finally got to the airport. She walked in and waited for them to search her bags. They saw her guns. "Ma'am?" security asked. She showed them the letter of explanation. They let her ride with them on the plane. Taeko got some starbucks and bought a book, and boarded the plane. She sat in a seat and said, "Finally." Taeko started reading but the guy beside her wanted to make conversation. "You're pretty. Do you model?" he asked. "No." she said briskly. "I modeled before. Now i'm trying to be an actor." he said. "Mhmmmm." Taeko said. "So what do you do?" he asked. Taeko got annoyed. She reached over and pinched the nerve in his neck and knocked him out. She signed. Quiet.

Five hours later: "We are now in Neo Tokyo. Welcome to Japan." the flight attendant said. Tyleya saw that the man next to her was still asleep. "HEY! Wake up!" she said. He woke up. "I have the worst headache." he said. They all got off the plane and walked into the airport. She didnt know who she was looking for. The email did say he would find her.

Irene smiled at Marcus and said "Miyamoto is right you know. Also don't ever say I'm babysitting you. I am here working on this just as hard as you are. I want this resolved." She rolled her eyes and sighed still eyeing the people coming off the plane. She saw one girl come out. Irene leaned over to Miyamoto. "That's her isn't it?" she gave a subtle point to a girl with long hair. She looked slightly older than Marcus and herself. "I will let you be. I am thirsty again." She gave a small smile, giggled then bounced off to the coffee shop.

She entered the coffee shop and the owner looked at her strangly. "Again ma'am?" he said in an annoyed tone. "Uhmm...yes? Is that a problem?" she replied coldly. The owner shook his head and took her order. "Lets see. . . I'll have just a normal coffee with extra cream and extra sugar." She smiled at him and waited. She looked over at Marcus and Miyamoto hoping her assumption was right. She was waiting for Miyamoto to introduce Marcus to Taeko. If she was wrong about it, all of her confidence would be gone.

The owner of the shop gave her her order. She took it took a little straw and stir and walked back over to Marcus and Miyamoto. She took a sip then said, "I should've asked if you guys wanted anything," she said to them coming back unnoticed. "My oopsie." She giggled again watching Taeko. She had to be right. She just knew it. There was no one else that even looked remotely like a police member. Usually her assumptions were right. That's why she was a character profiler.

She took another sip of her drink, still watching Taeko. She became silent now. To here the only sounds were her drink slurping in her mouth. She watched Taeko carefully. She watched how she walked, feet pointed, back straight. Her hands, kept at her sides only moving with her feet to hasten her pace. Her eyes, always watching her surroundings. That settled it. By this profile, this woman could be no other person, than the one she was looking for. The one Miyamoto was helping Marcus find. If not, she couldn't figure out where she went wrong.

That looks like her....

"Exuse me for a moment." Miyamoto left Irene and Marcus stand there and went toward the woman Irene pointed out.

I'm sure that's her. She thought for a second.
She fit the profile pefectly. Dark Skin, brown eyes, brown hair.. fit body type and about 24 years old. Miyamoto continued to study her as she came closer. Taeko appeared to be drained from the flight. Great, she looks like the serious type. She and Marcus will get along alright.

Miyamoto politely approached Taeko. "Excuse me, You must be Ms. Majima. I'm Azumi Miyamoto from the WCHP CI Section. I'm here to pick you up. My superiors and I would like to thank you for your commitment to your duties as a WHCP agent. And as a native to Japan let me be the first to say Nihon de Irrashaimasu." She said with a graceful bow and an innocent smile.

Miyamoto was a beautiful woman. With her long black hair and unique eye color she's very distinguishable among most Japanese. She kept a preofessional appearence. Even now on her time off. Her Uniform was nicely press and clean. A Dark blue WHCP dress Uniform with her name rank and awards displayed. Not to metntion the way her dress pit her frame was nothing but perfection in it's physical form.

She continued to smile as she raised her head for a response from Majima.

Taeko saw a pretty woman who could almost be mistaken as her sister walk towards her. She was very attractive....and not Marcus Allen it seemed.

"Excuse me, You must be Ms. Majima. I'm Azumi Miyamoto from the WCHP CI Section. I'm here to pick you up. My superiors and I would like to thank you for your commitment to your duties as a WHCP agent. And as a native to Japan let me be the first to say Nihon de Irrashaimasu."

Taeko kept her face serious. "Arigatou." Taeko said bowing as well.. "My father was Japanese, its nice to visit a part of my heritage. With all due respect I wasn't told in the email i would be meeting you, though it is an honor. I was told i would be meeting someone else." Taeko didnt want to give everything away. She didn't know Azumi. She didn't know this Marcus for that matter. But working undercover makes you cover all the bases. Taeko wanted to be very sure she wasn't making a mistake. She had many partners who died because of being overly trusting. Thats why she only liked working with Europeans and Asians. Americans weren't that bad just ****y and Canadians were the worst. All her Canadian partners died. She was hoping this whoever her partner was wasn't going to die on her.

Irene smiled as she saw Miyamoto approach the new woman. According to this, her assumption must be right. She leaned into Marcus' ear and whispered; "Told you so," as she stuck her tongue out childishly. She could tell Marcus was the serious type, and by looking at Taeko, she was too. It seemed it was up to Irene to make this not so uptight. She would still pay attention to her work, but she would try to make it fun. She hated working with people that were so strict and play by the book. In her short time in the force she always had to work with people that were so uptight. So she rebelled from the group and almost got herself killed.

She watched Miyamoto. She looked trustworthy, but you can never be sure. Also she looked at Taeko. Irene had never seen anyone like her in the force before. She looked calm, strict, and beautiful all at the same time. Irene could never do that. She would never be strict, she was the playful type. Irene watched them for a few minutes exchanging words. She could tell what Taeko was saying by reading her lips, but Miyamoto's back was turned to her so she didn't have the slightest clue what she was saying.

Irene started getting impatient waiting for Miyamoto and Taeko. The people from the plane were starting to clear so if they wanted to stay undercover they'd have to move soon. She took another sip of her drink, then said aloud, only so Marcus could hear; "My legs hurt lets go sit on a bench." She grabbed Marcus' hand and pulled him over to the nearest bench. At this angle she could read both Miyamoto's, and Taeko's lips. This way she wasn't getting half of a conversation. She took a longer sip of her drink, still watching Taeko and Miyamoto carefully. She was getting very impatient now, wanting to start her new assignment.

Marcus Sat there next to Irene. He folded his arms as he watched the two of them cintinue there converasation. Marcus was very eger to say the least on getting started with the assignment. Even though there was still al lot of planning ahead before they couls possibly do anything. Besides, the haven't gotten confirmation for their invetigation methods from the higher ups. it was only a matter of time. Miyamoto knew this and Marcus came to the conclusion that this is why she didn't seem to be in a rush.


"Looks like we have two new members of the team already. Nobody better not take up my parking spot at the office." Marcus said laughing to himself.

-Meanwhile-

"With all due respect I wasn't told in the email I would be meeting you, though it is an honor. I was told I would be meeting someone else."

Miyamoto knew who Majime ment. "You mean Marcus. Yes, he's one of the agents that work in my section.
I guess you can say I'm his boss, but it's such a term I perfer not to use." She said smiling. " You see, you'll be workin under me as well, the reason why I'm here with you is because Marcus didn't know what you looked like.
And not only that I was so excited to met you I had to come see you as soon as you arrived, even on my day off." Miyamoto explained. It made sense except for the day off part since she was still in uniform.

"Ahhh. One can never be too careful. I've worked with agents that were too open with strangers. I've heard about many of your accomplishments. I will be very honored to serve with you. I believe we should probably leave. The crowds are dispersing." Taeko said. She liked Miyamoto. She seemed to be very level headed like all the reports said.

Taeko was ready to jump into her assignment She was also ready to see Tokyo. She hadnt been there since she had been a child. Her father indeed was part of the Reikuko Gensei gang. She had alot of roots and still was undercover with the gang.

 

[Cruentus]

Irene pulled Marcus's hand again, leading them up to Miyamo and Taeko. She smiled to Taeko and bowed. "Hi I am Irene Maulus. I'm sorry to interupt your conversation, but the crouds are leaving. If we are on an undercover mission I don't think we should be here alone. That way we would be noticed. In conclusion, we need to move, and quick." She stood up from her bow looking up at them. Noticing she was still holding Marcus''s hand, she let go. She she smiles at everyone. Her eyes were wide and bright hoping the others would listen to her.

Waiting for a reply she looked down at her boots. The strap was coming undone so she had to bend down to redo it. She kept her ears peeled while she did it. She was hoping to get out of the airport. She had never liked planes or helicopters, or anything that flies for that matter. Finishing redoing her boots she stood up, still smiling.

 

[Nyte]

"Fine, we will leave at once." Miyamoto said to Irene with a smile. With that she lead them to through the airport to the to the pick-up area in front.

Out front, park in the waiting area was the latest solid black Audi V5. Miyamoto unlocked the doors with the remote and turned to Majima. "Your charriot awaits."
She said as she handed Majima the keys. " I've got a few things to handle at the office. A little paperwork to fill out for our new edition, nothing you guys need to worry about."
She then looks at Marcus. " Take her out, she her the city, get her a place to crash and I exspect to see you three at 10:00am tomarrow." She commanded himwith a pat on his shoulder. And with that Miyamoto waltzed to through the parking lot to her car.

Taeko followed Miyamoto. As she walked she observed her surroundings. She noticed a family of four greeting each other. She noticed a man reading his news paper. She looked at everything she could. She then looked at Irene. She was pretty. But Taeko could tell Irene was a fighter and she could hold her own. Irene seemed to walk carelessly but Taeko could tell underneath she was observing as well. Then Taeko looked at Marcus. Military. That was the best way to describe him. You could tell he was military. The way he walked, the way he carried himself. He didn't seem as observant as Irene but with his body he didnt need to be. Taeko was always a sucker for men with nice bodies. She wondered if Marcus and Irene were involved. Or Marcus and Miyamoto were involved. She watched the way Marcus and Miyamoto talked to each other. Defenatly subordinate to superior relationship. And Irene seem like she just join this powwow like Taeko. Taeko knew the first thing she need to do was get settled and pay a visit to the Reikuko Gensei. Get recruited in, and get close to the superiors. That would be hard. All she had to do was mention Hitsugawa Majima, and the doors should open. The Malaysia branch should have told them she was transfering.

Breaking her thoughts Miyamoto said:

"Your charriot awaits."

She then looks at Marcus. " Take her out to see the city, get her a place to crash and I expect to see you three at 10:00am tomorrow." She commanded him with a pat on his shoulder.

Oh yeah superior-subordinate relationship definitely.Taeko threw Marcus the keys. "I'll let you drive." she said. She walked up to Irene. "It will be good working with you." she told her.

 

[Cruentus]

Slowly and distantly Irene nodded to Taeko. Hardly noticing that Miyamoto had left she leaned against the car Marcus and Taeko were taking. "Marcus, may I ask where you are taking her to sleep? Since I live here I know a few of the best hotels around here if you need me to recomend." She smiled at him and dropped a little list of five star hotels. She gave them a little bow before walking to a small PT Cruiser a little ways away. She reached into her pocket and pulled out some keys. Unlocked the car she waved to Taeko and Marcus. "See you tomorrow!" she smiled and started up the car and started to drive away.

Her car was low on gas so she pulled into the gas station. Before getting out, she unlocked the glove compartment and opened it up. Inside were about 20 bags of small doses of heroine. "Good, it's still here." she smiled and locked it back up. She got out of the car and started pumping her gas. When it was full she looked at the cost. "Damn cost of things has gotten outragous." She stepped inside and paid for the gas. She also got herself a blueberry smoothie. After paying she got into her car, took a sip of her smoothie, and started driving off. Twenty minutes later she arrived at her apartment complex. She got the heroine and placed in in her coat pocket.

She stepped out of the car wrapping her coat arround herself. It was cold out, as it was mid Febuary. She walked into the 10 story apartment complex and started climbing the stairs. She lived on the 8th floor. She reached her door and started to unlock it when a man appeared behind her. "Do you have it?" he asked sternly. Irene shook a little, then replied; "Do you have my information?" He grabbed her arm and turned her around. "I told you, Irene, if I knew anything I'd tell you wouldn't I?" Irene nodded that she understood then pulled some of the heroine out of her pocket. The man handed her a wad of money that she pocketed. When he walked away she put a check mark next to his name on a peice of paper. She unlocked the door and sat on her couch.

She removed her shoes then walked back into her bedroom. She changed into some other clothes instead of her uniform. Wearing a ratty t-shirt and torn up jeans, she looked like she lived on the street. She pulled on a ratty coat and went outside. She stood outside of her apartment waiting for the regulars. A woman walked up to Irene. Her eyes were bloodshot and she was very twitchy. She asked Irene for the heroine. Irene handed her some and got paid. Once again putting a check next to the ladys' name. This process repeated many times, until she was out of heroine.

It was almost 1:00 AM before she got into bed. She had changed into her night clothes ready to sleep. She had laid her head down and pulled up the covers. As soon as she had started nodding off someone knocked on her door. Irritated Irene opened the door with the chain lock still on. Another man was there and said "Irene, I need my fix now!" blankly Irene stared at him. "I'm all out, sorry." She went to close the door and he put his hand in the crack. "You don't get it Irene. I NEED my fix NOW!" She shuddered before opening the door fully. The man had went to grab her as she had moved. She hit him in the back, then in the gut incopasitating him. Slowly she dragged him out of her apartment, locked the door, then went to sleep.

Marcus opend the car door. "Man, I feel like I'm baby sitting now.." He sounded a little upset but he really didn't mind. He hopped in the and tooka look at the list Irene gave him. "Hmmm....five star hotels?" He said out loud. "What ever happened to just a bunk and a blanket?" Marcus shook his head as he started the car.


"We'll take a look at a few to see how you like 'em. Ok?" He said.

Taeko put her luggage in the trunk of the car. She put a long hardcase in the back seat. Then she opened the passenger side door.

"No. I don't do five star hotels. I won't need this car before its over. Just tell me what you know about our job. As far as where i sleep, take me here please." She handed him a piece of paper with the address. Its in the Reikuko Gensei territory. As far as you baby-sitting," Taeko said as she shut her car door, "I can take care of myself. Lets just go." Taeko said annoyed

 

[Nyte]

Marcus shifted the car into drive and sped out of the parking spot. The Audi then whipped out the lot and jetted down the road. Marcus was a little annoyed himself, he looed at the paper. " This is Reikuko Gensei turf." He said. He looked up at the road to see that they were comming to a red light. Without warning he slammed on breaks with no reguard of who was behind him. He wasn't troubled by it though. He just sat there coldly as he waited for the light. He finally spke when th ecar was in motion again.

"You know, your attitude really isn't apprieciated. The Major is pulling out all the stops for you and I'm only following orders. We're all o the same side here, so don't think we're tryin' to slow you down or get in your way." He then drifted around the next right turn and halted nearly a block down the road. "This is your stop." he said. Macus looked at Taeko for a second. "I'm going with you, Major's orders. I gotta see if this place is cool."

Taeko stared into Marcus' eyes. She took a deep breath and said, "Fine." She turned and got out the car. She looked around. The buildings were run down brick. Graffiti everywhere. And men in nice black suits walked the streets along with bums, whores, drug dealers, and pimps. "Oh yeah....just like home." Taeko said aloud. She turned and opened the back door and got her case out. "Pop the trunk for me." she asked Marcus. Taeko went to the trunk and got her bags. "Which building?" she asked. When Marcus pointed to the building, Taeko walked towards it. There were some men sitting on the steps, in the way. "Excuse me?" Taeko said politely. They all looked at her and ignored her. "Aren't you the whore up the street?" one of them said. Taeko saw Marcus was going to do something. Taeko smiled. "No I'm not the whore up the street." She pulled out her gun. "But you will be if you don't piss off." she said aiming the gun at his head. "I'm moving. All you had to do was ask." one said as he moved out the way.
