i actually would really like them to take off the shields....they just look better without them, its a fact. they are like SWAT team soldiers, they arent riot control police

Well, a lot has happened in the time since the last Starcraft. Who's to say then that they aren't some sort of riot control police?

cause they are marines, and they made up about 20 percent of the games fame. a bit idiotic to change their already perfect design

A very good point. I think it is safe to say we all want to see our traditional little soldiers marching to thier doom against huge legions of behemoth constructs and beasts.
