wrong number calls

I get this from time to time.. and got it a lot when i has jsut got my cell. have you gotten those wrong number calls or people leaving msgs for someone else, thinking that it's you?

I just got that today haha.. someone saying "hey trav! wuts up.. are you doing something for fathers day.. for your dad.. you and your bros...

Now I was in the middle of the game, or I'd have answered the call. I've gotten a few where people leave msgs like "hey amy! call me back I need you to help me get a bikini wax..."

LOL! anyone else get weird calls or people who type wrong numbers!! :d

It's so funny when I pick up and people don't let me say anything. They just talk and talk until I can finnally say they got the wrong number. One day the same person called three times saying the same thing. Now... who gets the same wrong number three times in a row?

yeah.. i mean.. hey you call once, you might dial again thinking you pressed a wrong key, but doing it a 3rd time.. haha.. i dunno.

Though some people are smart and ask.. "is this 123-8522"

So that way they don't end up calling again if it's the same number.. has happent in the past to me.

i hate it when you answer the phone and say hello, and they answer back in another language and they keep talkin, like WHAT THE HELL as if you don't get that you got the worng number -_-

Oh, there are those Unpolite people that when they find out they got the wrong number hang up the phone without saying a word. That's really... nice... lol

DUDE that happent to me a lot.. I go "hello"... "kon ching wai!! ****z you wang chang a ling a lang ahhh!!" And I'm like.. uhhhhhh I think you got the wrong number! "OHH!! sowwie sowwie!!" *both people hang up* LOL!!

I got once for "Santiago" about a job. They asked him to call back if he still wanted some job in a college. I felt so bad for him, cause they never got ahold of him. But I hate santiago, cause everyone calls me looking for him.

Lol one time someone contiuned calling me even after 5 times. I just thought they were being idiots getting the same wrong number, but learned that someone else gave them my number..but the person who did gave them mine instead of whoevers they intended to give. xD it was so confusing but funny.. I even spoke in German with them and they spoke german as well so...im not sure who or who gave it to them xD

LOL! OMG thats funny trying to tell a yelling mother that she got the wrong number and that she was talking/yelling at the wrong guy! Did she believe you when you told her that she got the wrong number?

well i have no caller id on my cell.. so i usually have to answer.. but sometimes I don't.. so if it IS IMPORTANT they will leave a msg and I then call them back..

I'm getting a new cell and plan soon.. and they offer caller id!!

lol, caller ID doesn't help much if you don't recognize a number, cause it might be important, but on a phone that you don't recognize.

I haven't got any cool weird calls.... all i get its calls from lawyers and investigators looking for some John Gonzalez.... and they believe its me.... i shall find this John Gonzalez!

I get lots of calls and text messages that are meant for other people. It's so funny some are really, really personal and I just stare at my cell thinking... people should really check if they are sending it to the right number, LOL!

We get wrong numbers all the time at our house. The weird thing is, they're usually about perscription drugs that come in for customers.
