The truck does, it's all terrain tread, some companies sell kits for it so you can put them on your truck, the bike, no idea, it's from the upcoming Ghost Rider movie.

IMO the bike that Razielis posted is ok.. there is just to much going on, its got a zertain coolness but nothing beats the Black Widow from American Chopper
