yobs are pluaging maghull parks again . last weekend a gang of up to 60 drunken teenagers congregated at king george V playing fields and old hall park . police seized several empty bottles of vodka , soft drink bottles spiked with alcohol and offensive weapons hidden in front gardens . the shock return has prompted officers to issue a warning that a section 60 order will be put on maghull area this weekend - giving officers the authority to stop and search people in designated areas . any youth carrying an offencive weapon r alcohol will be arrested and be fined . Maghull police officer Carl Hignett said " last friday night , about 60 youths congregated around the parks and it spilled over to saturday " , " it started around 6pm on both nights and it was back to the bad habit of people congregating in an area causeing bad damage to cars and property , being very rowdy and using offencive language .
