Is it unhealthy to drink a quart of chocolate milk a day?

I go to the store and buy and drink a quart of chocolate milk almost everyday.

Keep in mind the weight is not an issue here tho sense im 16,5'9" and only weigh 120 pounds.

well it depends really. im lactose entolerant, and cant have much milk, cheese, etc. so it probably wouldnt br that good for me.

the only downside i see in that is bladder control.

I don't see much downside too it.... milk is good... I like choco milk.... Although I think regular milk might be a lil better.

A gallon could be a different story, but you're just drinking a quart.
Chocolate milk isn't really like chocolate bars... it's more like regular milk. Unless you decide to make it with mix and add tons of extra syrup.

Yea I drink that much each day..Its fine the only Downside is the sugars...
