If one family had a baby boy, and another family had a baby girl, then when each child turned 2 years old they had a legal ceremony engaging the two children in wedlock. The boy and girl would grow up together, already married, learning early on the basic fundamentals for relationships with the opposite sex. In the long run, do you think this would be a good thing ( Cool? ), or just incredibly whacked ( MAJORLY fucked up. ).

Interesting idea, takes a lot of effort to do. I know some people are married by their parent's choice right? At least Apu was, so I suppose this would be the same, only more interesting I guess. Never throught about it though. Fox makes a good point.
Yeah, this would be the same except most of the time in arranged marriages I think they wait generally a little longer, the children can atleast speak, and are somewhat self-sufficient by the time they're introduced to the actual person they're marrying; they just set up the deal at birth. But putting them together from the start...yeah. Probably chaotic.
