I think I posted a topic about it a while back, it's a battery that recharges via USB port but it wasn't available in US, only UK at the time. Orders made for the US start shipping Nov. 20th

It shows them plugged into the USB ports of something that looks like an Xbox 360.

While I hate to make crazy assumptions, the way they have it displayed is that it could both charge up with and power an Xbox 360? While I'm 100% sure it could charge in a 360, I don't know about powering it, though it could easily be possible.

Then again they don't specify console and they could just have the 360 in the image because it has sexier USB ports than PS2. Maybe they just mean charging it wherever and using it for portables; don't have to buy anymore batteries, just swap your own out.
