you need to eat a balanced meal.... eating is good BUT!!!! you need to balance it all eg. eat veggies,meat,fruit... pretty much a lil of everything...... you don't want to eat say tons of meat and hardly any veggies... or vice versa.... You can eat ANYTHING you want... and still be Healthy... but you need to be sure its balancing type of foods.Tyley said:
