For now, really by beating bots, stealing off others using that option from the Store, and posting and making new threads. You get 7 koins a post, 12 per new thread you make.

No, it isn't. There are 2 jobs you can get right now: Trainee and Apprentice. Level up a bit and you'll have access to more powerful jobs
