My CAR!!!! ITS DEAD!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay some of you saw my msn name I was posting here a GP and well here goes my story!

I was posting here when all of a sudden I hear a door bell and thought mhhhh thats weird who would come at 6:30? Then I hear my mom scream HARRY!!!!!!!!! I heard that and was like thinkin **** something bad happent but what? I ran downstairs and mind you I was posting here and left my PC and msn on and ran I saw my parents putting there coats and shoes on and I said MOM WHAT IS IT???? and she said your car!! as soon as I hear you car I was like god oh please no not now I need a car I can't walk in the rain!!!

I heard my dad say its hit I went for my crow bar fist took it with me cause I wanted to beat whoever did it. My dad was like leave it I know your gonna kill the guy for real. So I took it with me anyways these ****in chinese dudes sorry no offence to any asians here but this dude messed with the wrong guy today. So this ****in chinese dudes have a nice honda accord modded up car and he says oh man I'm sooo sorry my car rolled down when I was away and when I came back it was smashed into your car.


So I said wtf dude my cars on the side walk you ****in assole he says oh not sure man I parked it and left and when I got back it was into your car. I said yeah ****in right I'm like **** you man I know you musta by accident hit you gas pedal on reverse instead of break cause he had a manual car I think. He still denied it I mean how da **** does a car on Neutral hit a car and throw it off over the curb onto the sidewalk? Look at the ****in damage he musta hit it like hard. The dude only had a bumper damage. So I said give me ur info and I'm gonna call my insurance place. I have left a msg with them since its freakin late now.


I'm soo pissed cause I have to bus it to school now its ****in far, I can't even go see the doctors cause its so far. I might get a rental car but after I talk to my insurance company. I won't even get enough money for my car since its totalted as you can see and it'
s not worth much meaning I'm out of a car and I got a good deal on that junk too.

No one was hurt but it pisses me off that the dudes made up BS there is no way his car could have drifted down even if his brake failed and hit mines so hard that it goes over the side walk. I had my downstairs friends come look at it and even that dude who's a mechanic said buddy hes ****in lying theres NO! way that car could have nailed you this hard he must have gased it and hit you or something.

So I'm out of a car and I had it since Sept it was my uncles car cause he couldn't drive no more. Anyways it sucks now im pissed and now I gotta plan my week on a bus. This was my last week of classes too then I was done. ****in great!!!! nice way start a new yr also!!

the dude says ****in bs like oh i parked it then my brakes mabye failed and it rolled back and hits urz? That would cause a dent not ****in throwing my car on the sidewalk voer the curb

It would have caused a dent but not total annihilation of the side of ya car. I've seen someone try and pull that over one of my friends eyes before. Did you ask your parents? I take it as though they didn't see anything?

no one did these dudes just rang my door bell and said hey is that your car cause it got hit....

All you can do is hope the insurance fellas come through with some money. If your with 3rd party though I can't see it being very good sorry. It happened to a friend of mine before and his car was totally thrashed.

I'll get my money my dad has gone through it b4 and he has to do it since I put the car under his name. Hopefully w ewill see what happens this week.....

lol well right now I haven't got word from my insurance company they must be friken busy..... its still early too only 9:22 I couldn't sleep last night mabye got in 4 hrs of sleep and thats it. I'm gonna be stressed about this problem till atleast I get my settlement or a fixed car.

I think the reason the guy told me his car hit mines so mabye ICBC would give him a 50/50 spilt and say it was both your fault but from the way I see it if you car hits someone elses whether your there or not it's your fault. Your supposed to be sure your brakes work and if not be sure your mechanic checks them before he give you your car back.

okay some good news so far. I got through the phone line and talked to a guy there. As of tomrw I will be renting a car for atleast 2 weeks or so all paid by my insurance company and they will come by my house and pickup my car before this weekend.

Now my guess is that the car is totaled and they won't be fixing it. I could be wrong but since I worked as a mechanic for a few yrs I think I should be darn good at the estimate. Anyhow they told me to check out my buy sell ads to write down all the same model cars and if the cars totaled bring it in to fight for a good settlement for the money they will give me for it.

As of now I have spend atleast 2 grand on the car on repairs earlier so I'm looking 5-6 grand from the place. If I can get that much back then I can buy a nicer sweeter car I just found. At the moment though I may even insurace myd ads car which has been parked for awhile and drive it. So we will see but I am really happying knowing tomrw I have a car to get me around. The bus today was crazy some old lady in a motor cart actually made a u turn in the bus and made everyone get up off there seats for her to move!

More new update! Well the day after I took the bus I got a rented car. I think it was like yesterday when I got it. Turns our I get lucky and a renting company has a BRAND NEW! Toyota corolla for rent. So he gave it too me and my insurance company is paying for it till either my car is fixed or till settlement.

Now I hated corolla's for awhile but this yrs new one is amazing the sound system is awesome, the acceleration is great seats are great, keyless entry and I can go on. Toyota Corolla good if your wanting a cheap nice reliable car.

Back to my smashed car, the tow truck guy called me today at noon and said he would drop by in a few hrs. I went out came home around 6pm still no sign of him. If they don't show up tonight I'm gonna have to call them tomrw morning.

Okay more good news 5 min ago the tow truck guy took my old car and this weekend my insurance company will have mechanics look at it to estimate how much the damage is and if it's worth fixing. I won't hear from them till monday or tuesday.

Hey well at least your gonna here from them. My friend got his car totalled about 10 times worse than that by a truck. He had no choice but to sell the scrapped car for $50 or some **** (can't remember how much but something low)

damn well here its a lil different but yah insurance compaies are bastards we all know it, they love to take money from us and charge more every yr but when it comes to giving money back they back out easily. Anyway I don't mind it they can take there time the longer they take the longer I get to drive the brand new car which they will pay for in the end

okay more updates I got a call early this morning from my insurance company and they said they estimated the damage and the car is totaled meaning there isn't any point fixing it cause the damage will cost more than the actual car.

So now I gotta prep myself to go fight for my money right now they are denying my repair bill of about 2 grand I spent so I'm gonna be fighting a lot there to get my good money. Im looking to get around around 5 grandish total or close to there.
