Scary Moments in RE History?

In RE1 mostly, it was just creepy like in the beginning if you try and go back outside the video shows the zombie dog almost jump in at you

Only time I had shocked myself and jumped or twitched a bit whatever you wanna say, is when I was fighting one of those claw dudes in the castle by a cage. I was trying to be all stealth and hide behind the door, I didn't realize he was there, was kinda dozing off a bit and I heard him growl and he got me in the corner, I almost had a heart attack I was just. . .shocked that he found me and wasn't really paying attention though which caused it.

Other then that, nothing else that I can think of.

I'd say the scariest thing in RE history was the announcements that they were going to make a movie.
