I think The Internet is shit now compared to what it was 4 or 5 years ago. Sitting around in a chatroom all day you'd meet upwards of 10 new friends, and have buddylists with upwards of 300 people. BEFORE All of Yahoo's bullshit about no more User Rooms due to internet predators, when it was really just a bunch of kids hanging out and discussing anime. The internet's golden years have already passed, but it's still good today, just in a different way. Today I can find virtually any pirated media I want, whereas 5 years ago, finding an mp3 was something not everyone knew how to do. The internet got popular and it changed, that's how things go, but I really miss how it was back in 01/02, when GeoCities anime fansites actually GOT hits from spreading by word of mouth. The internet is slowly becoming only friendly to those who're ready to throw down some money these days.

Regarding safety, the only people that get into any kind of trouble on the internet are the people that do careless things. If you consciously recognize that you need to guard your computer at all times, and keep your firewall/antivirus/antimalware software updated and configured accordingly, you'll be just fine.

that is so true.... It's one reason why the net was made. Also, why DVD's VCR's etc.. all we're made... Heckl.. it's why an old skool camera was made!!

The Internet is a global network. It's why I'm very careful with whatever I put out there because billions of people have access to it. When it comes to security, I'm very careful too and it's why I use 2FA on all my accounts.

The internet is one of man's greatest innovations which has helped to bring the world more closer together and information are been passed across at a more faster pace.

The internet is one of the greatest things created when you think about how much you can do on it and how much it can change people's lives. From meeting people in countries you may never have met to even being able to work online as well. The internet has given us so much and seeing it progress as much as it has over the years and years we have had it is amazing to see. I can only imagine how much it will progress from now and can't wait to see what the future holds for the internet.

The internet is something that I find very useful because it has helps to keep people connected.

I have my business being promoted through the use of internet and social media platforms.

The internet has helped me to sell more than I used to before I started using it.
