super mods can moderate any forums, can ban members, pretty much what admins do except, they can't modify board settings like name or run maintainence.

look at the gta forums theres like 100,000 + members and like 5 admins they just get some really good and trustable members to be mods to help clear the forums . admins are there for the mods to report stuff to and then they make the descisions . its an easy system .
