Admins give 10 reputation points whenever they give reputation to anyone.
What does everyone think about this? Make sense? Don't like it? Should it be more reasonable?

You can only change it for admins as far as I can tell. Here are some other things that affect how much reputation you can give/take from people

Register Date Factor (set at 365. I think that's kinda ridiculous)
For every X number of days, users gain 1 point of reputation-altering power.

Post Count Factor (1000 I guess that's about right.)
For every X number of posts, users gain 1 point of reputation-altering power.

Reputation Point Factor (100. I guess that's fine.)
For every X points of reputation, users gain 1 point of reputation-altering power.

Couple more questions about rep...

How many people should you have to give rep to (or take from) before you can give rep to (or take rep from) the same person? Or should that be disabled?

How many times should someone be able to give/take rep in one day?

I think that thing should be disable cause I always try giving you rep and I cant cause I have to spread it but I havent seen noone else who deserves it for anything.
