Generally police don't bother the average citizen unless it's scaring them into giving up a name, in which they continue doing with said name to get more names until they reach the distributor, who is the guy who buys a HUGE supply to distribute to people who deal the drug in smaller quantities. Let's say he buys 2 tons and distributes it to people in pounds. Then, they either take this guy down, or get more names and keep moving up the ladder until they can hit a major cocaine farm, etc. In marijuana, thinks like this do not happen anymore. The last time they actually made the effort to burn a massive crop was in 02, I believe. I think they just gave up o_o; cause it wont work lol
