Yeah, probably the local internet service provider. Happens to me too from time to time, especially when it's blazing hot outside.

Nah its not necesarily blazing hot outside and the comp is fine. I'm also flipping out more than usualy because i haven't had a cig in 48 hours. It seems to be working okay now.
